Dr Allan O’Connor is Associate Professor Enterprise Dynamics and Co-Executive Director of the Centre for Enterprise Dynamics in Global Economies at the University of South Australia. With engineering and business qualifications, his early career involved Business Development roles with SMEs, including his own ventures. 


In 2003, Allan commenced his academic career to pursue research that informs entrepreneurs, management, policymakers, and regional development agencies on how to identify opportunities that foster innovation and entrepreneurship. Allan has led several funded projects including establishment of the Australian Cluster Observatory in 2014, has published more than 50 international manuscripts on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ecosystems, and has been recognised as Australia’s leading researcher in innovation and entrepreneurship by the Australian newspaper in 2020 and 2021.

Anastasiya Loukienko and Jesús Miguel Fernández have vast experience in business, leadership, people and culture.
